Education
Employee training and development in Interpharma Praha,
follows strategic goals of the Company and is based
on the principle of continuous improvement.
Each new company employee receives initial training to
become familiar with historic background and scientific
and economic profile of Interpharma, as well as with
its products, key customers and partners, manufacturing
processes, GMP policy, organizational structure, company
ethics and objectives, CSR policies, community partnership
activities, and internal rules.
With special emphasis on continuous improvement professional growth and individual
development of employees, Interpharma organizes statutory trainings, internal language
courses, quality management trainings, as well as external training programmes to develop
employees´ technical knowledge and communication skills and encourage individual
employees as important corporate team members to improve the quality of their work and
efficiency of manufacturing processes and methods.
Health Care
The Company´s preventive health care programme includes
several types of employee medical examinations:
initial examination
regular medical examination according to
the job classification and employee´s position
final medical examination
special medical examination
The preventive health care doctor:
provides supervision of working conditions
cooperates with health & safety specialist
provides first aid in the workplace
provides first aid training
cooperates with the Company's management on preventive health care programmes
